Shahar Ali is a chartered accountant by profession. A kind-hearted person, popular amongst Bangladeshi and Scottish people for his selfless character.

Shahar has been an integral part of the community for the last 15 years. He is a Trustee of Bangladesh Association Glasgow and Treasurer of Dawatul Islam Glasgow.

When he is asked about his life, he humbly replies, ‘We came in this world for a short time, I do what gives me satisfaction which is helping others.’
