Rizaul has been involved with Bangladesh Association Glasgow for a while, holding various positions including the General Secretary and, most recently, the Treasurer role.

An IT professional for over 25 years, with the last 15 years in managerial roles, he is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. He brings a wealth of experience to the Presidency role and this puts him in good stead to drive the organisation forward.

Widely known for his dry sense of humour and his straight forward approach to life, he is a devoted husband and father of two teenagers. His favourite activity is going for walks every day, no matter the weather! In his spare time, he dabbles in DIY and enjoys watching Formula 1 racing.
