Shiful Islam is an experienced IT professional with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in software development and delivery.

He is currently a Software Engineer at Lloyds Banking Group, where he contributes to building scalable and secure banking solutions. In this role, Shiful plays a key part in end-to-end product development and the delivery of high-quality, user-centric applications.

Previously, he worked at UserTesting, a Silicon Valley startup focused on enhancing digital product experiences through real-time user feedback. Prior to that, he held roles at JPMorgan Chase and Morgan Stanley, gaining extensive experience in financial services technology, enterprise systems, and agile development practices.

He lives in the UK with his wife, Bithy, and their two sons, Arash and Ahyaan. In his free time, he enjoys gardening, traveling, watching movies, and spending quality time with his children.
