The Power of Language

Dr Hooshmand Badee is an academic economist.

He got his MA in economics in 1984 from Rajshahi University in Bangladesh, and a Doctoral degree from the University of Leeds. He has published Four books about the Principles of Spiritual Economics. He has delivered talks and presented papers on economics and related subjects in numerous international academic conferences. He got involved in a number of social and economic development projects in Bangladesh with the aim of putting the grassroots population at the centre of social and economic development activities.

 

Tahmina Akter Mili has just finished her Masters in TESOL from the University of the West of Scotland. She is now in the process of enrolling into PhD programme. Her focus is education and bilingual teaching. She aspires to work with the education system in Bangladesh and improve the inclusive education in a bilingual setting.
